You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days days after receipt with out giving a reason. We will either make collection arrangements or you can return unused goods to us for a refund. Should we need to arrange for collection, a charge will need to be made to recover our carriage costs. Collection charges only apply to unwanted goods, faulty goods will always be collected at no charge
